Pablo Frati

About me

I live in Buenos Aires and have designed products at fintech and e-commerce startups since 2022. Before designing, I audit the product and the code, write down every decision with its reasoning, and take the design all the way to production by building the frontend with AI agents.

Liberty Club

UX Lead

Commission-free e-commerce, with payments in pesos and on blockchain

I lead the design of the entire product: from sign-up and subscription plans to store building and checkout. Every redesign starts with research and a benchmark of how competitors solve it, and ends in production: I organize deliveries in Linear with the development team, build the frontend with AI agents and cover QA with automated and manual tests. With the dashboard, Liberty started working with a design system and its own visual identity.

Paydece

UX/UI Designer

P2P fintech platform on blockchain

I designed the entire platform, and this is where I went all in on user experience: I proposed and designed Communities, redesigned ad posting into 4 steps, co-developed an SDK version of the platform with the PO, and was the product counterpart to an agency on the design system, leading the visual QA of more than 70 components.

Projects

May 2026 – Aug 2026

Management system for a chain of orthopedic stores

I started out helping organize the orthopedic store's warehouse and realized there was a lot to improve, with tools and processes that could be almost fully automated. When we talked about it, they showed me some software and gave me "the keys" to make it work, along with the freedom to rebuild it from scratch if I thought it was necessary. And that's what I did.

I led the redesign of the management system for a chain of 3 stores and a warehouse, at a company with no technology experience.
